As with all things, methods and techniques exist which not only increase performance but also make training enjoyable and sustainable. The cliche, all pain and no gain, is a misleading mantra. Proper training incorporates a balance between intensity, play between shorter and longer distances, REST, and diet. Whether you participate to race, to maintaince fitness, or lose weight, the methodology you employ is important and can result in a long, enjoyable and rewarding lifetime of experience.

Chris provides coaching services that focus on those new to the sport of triathlon up through amateur elite triathletes. Training methodology is based in heart-rate training and periodization. Training plans are tailored to your lifestyle so that you can maximize the time you have available to train towards achievable goals. The benefits of custom training plans include:

No person is the same when it comes to developing a triathlon training plan. There is no cookie-cutter approach. Those that enjoy training from Chris specifically desire a personalized approach to their life experiences, physiology, diet, and lifestyle. Benefit from an indivdualized approach.

Basic Access Coaching - $50 a Month*
Receive an initial phone consultation to determine training parameters and subsequent review of progress and data via email every other week. Training programs are for sprint and olympic distances only.

Unlimited Access Coaching - $100 a Month*
Receive unlimited access to coaching consultation via phone, email and chat during regular business hours five days a week, Monday through Friday. Training data and progress are evaluated on a weekly basis.
